Unser Garten im April– our garden in April

Nach dem ‚Urlaub’ war erst mal jede Menge zu tun. Die Wiese hat der Wiesenmanager begonnen zu mähen – aber nicht wo die Zwiebelpflanzen stehen.
After our ‘holiday’ there was a lot to do. The meadow-manager stared to mow the meadow – but not were the bulbs are growing.

 Einige Tulpen blühen noch. Ein Glück dass sie keine fleischfressende Pflanzen sind. So gab es kein Blutbad.
Some tulips are still flowering. Fortunately they are not carnivorous plants. So there was no massacre.

 Die Pfingstrose mit dem unaussprechbaren Namen wird von den Hummeln eifrig angeflogen.

The peony with the unpronounceable name is approached vigorous by bumble bees.

Am ‚Nesselweg’ summt es.

At the ‘nettleway’ there is a buzzing.

 Die Salomonsiegel stehen wie eine eins
The Salomon seals are standing like an one.

 

Und auch sonst blüht es.

And it is flowering in other ways as well.
