Der Garten im November– the garden in November

Es ist warm – für uns Gott sei Dank, denn wir hatten noch die Blumenzwiebel und einige Pflanzen in die Erde zu bringen.

Bei diesem Ilex verticillata konnte ich am Markt nicht widerstehen. Dem Wiesenmanager sei Dank – er ist in der Erde. Noch trägt er die Beeren und wir hoffen, daß er keinen ‚Mann‘ braucht.
It is still warm – thankfully, because we had to plant the bulbs and same plants. At the market I couldn’t resist to buy this Ilex vericillata. The meadow-manager planted it. It has still the berries and we hope that it (she?) doesn’t need a ‘man’.

Sonst blüht noch einiges. Und auch das Laub fällt schön auf die Beete. Das andere Laub wird gerecht und kommt auf den Laubkompost.

There is lot of plants still flowering. And also the leaves are coming down on the beds. The other leaves are raked for the leaf mould.
