Der Pferdestall im Schloß Hof.
The horse
stable of Palace Hof.
Wir sind durch Zufall oder auch Neugierde beim
zweiten Besuch von Schloß Hof in den Reitstall
gelangt. Dabei haben wir auch entdeckt, daß hier das Dragoner Regiment 3
des König von Sachsen hier ‚zu Hause‘ ist. Allerdings habe ich dann erst später
in einem Buch – der Laden in Schloß Hof hat schöne Bücher, auch Romane auf rosa
Papier gedruckt – erfahren, daß der erste Inhaber dieses Regiments Albert Herzog von Sachsen–Teschen war. Ein
Schwiegersohn Maria-Theresias, der mit ihrer Lieblingstochter verheiratet war
und dem Wien auch die Albertina (ich war noch nie dort) verdankt. Ihr seht auch
Romane die auf rosa Papier gedruckt werden, bilden.
By chance or
was it curiosity we discovered when visiting palace Hof again the riding
stable. Furthermore we discovered that here was the home of the ‘Dragoner
Regiment 3’ of the king of Sachsen. Albeit later I learned in a book – the shop
in palace Hof has beautiful books also novels printed on rose paper – that the
first person of the regiment was Albert Duke of Sachsen-Teschen. He was a
son-in-low of empress Maria-Theresia married to her favorite daughter and
Vienna owed him the museum ‘Albertina’ (I have never visited the museum). So
you see, also novels printed on rose paper educate.
Anschließend haben wir den Pferdestall entdeckt,
einige mit ihren Bewohnern. Ich hoffe dieser Herr hat nichts dagegen, daß ich
ihn vorstelle, aber er hat sich wirklich nach Ersuchen um ein Foto in ‚Schale
geworfen hat‘.
After this we
discovered the horse stables with some of their residents in the boxes. I hope
this gentleman does not mind that I show a picture of him. But after I asked
for a picture he disappeared to get dressed up.

Ich habe bereits alle meine Bilder vom Barockgarten
gezeigt. Deshalb diesmal einige Bilder von der Katze im Geschäft von Schloß
Hof. Wie jede Katze muß sie sich natürlich auf dem schönsten Sofa ausruhen.
Because I
showed already all my photos of the French formal garden, therefor I will show some
photos of the cat in the shop of palace Hof. Like every cat she had naturally chosen
the most beautiful sofa for her rest.
Wie jedes Jahr habe ich auch diesmal vom
Wiesenmanager zwei selbstgemachte Kalender bekommen.
As every year
I got also this time two handmade calendars from the meadow manager.
Einer ist über den Besuch der oberösterreichischen
Gartenschau im Kloster Kremsmünster.
One is about
our visit of the horticultural show of Upper Austria in the monastery
Kremsmünster.
Der zweite ist über Hof und Niederweiden in Niederösterreich.
Diese beiden Schlösser haben wir Teil der Ausstellung ‚Maria Theresia‘ in
Wien.
The second one
is about Hof and Niederweiden in Lower Austria. We visited these two palaces as
a part of the exhibition ‘Maria Theresia’ in Vienna.
Und diesmal hat sich der Wiesenmanager einen
Kalender für sich selbst gemacht, mit der Forderung auch diese Bilder in meinem
Blog zu zeigen.
And this time
the meadow-manager made a calendar for himself with the demand on me to show
the pictures in my blog as well.
Wenn ich in Haslach bei den Textiltagen teilnehme,
streunert er durch die Gegend. Also bezieht sich der Kalender auf Haslach und
Umgebung.
When I attend
the textile days in Haslach, he strays in the region. Therefor the calendar
shows Haslach and the surrounding.
Das Bild zeigt Haslach vom Kirchturm Hier fand eine
Ausstellung über Lein statt, dich ich im Rahmen meines Kurses besuchte und er
auch mitdurfte.
This picture
shows Haslach from the church tower. Here was an exhibition about flax, which I
visited as part of the class, and he was allowed to accompany me.
Das andere ist eine Ansicht von Haslach vom
berühmten - er geht diesen Weg gern – Tanzbodenweg.
The other one
is a view of Haslach from the famous – he likes to go this path – ‘Tanzbodenweg’.
