Forced break since the middle of last week. No internet access is possible. The Telekom – the main point, we have solved the problem by doing nothing but upset the customer and will not get in touch any more. I got some confidence, when a staff member helped me for two hours and tried to solve the problem. But he had to decide, that he can’t do anything else. He has to pass it to another office. But the call back gave us the first false statement: in the next customer service-centre we will receive a new speedport free. Speed port is not free – we bought our already – and the examination is as well not free. The examination was negative – the second false statement – so we hadn’t to pay. And we could only buy at the service-centre; otherwise we get it from the call-centre.
Frustrated we went home. The owner of the kiosk at the train station offered us, to come within the next days. Maybe it will work to get an internet access with his WLAN. At home we rearranged the splitter, the speed port and then we created a plan of actions.
Unfortunately, also all the actions at the kiosk were all in vain. But at home – surprise, surprise – we had at once (after some problems with the adapter internet access. We are a little bit (more than little bit) astonished, what had actually helped.
